Personalized Products
Personalized products are non-returnable, unless they have verifiable manufacturing defects.
Standard Products
Returns are accepted within 7 business days after delivery.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact our team and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Garments must be:

Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear

Include all original accessories and packaging
Returns will not be accepted if the garment shows damage caused by the customer.
Refunds
The refund process will be completed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the returned product and verifying its condition.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
You may exchange your garment for a different size or model, subject to availability.
If there is a price difference, the payment will be adjusted accordingly (additional charge or refund).

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
